Gor Mahia patron Eliud Owalo joined thousands of passionate fans at Nyayo National Stadium to witness a thrilling Kenya Premier League (KPL) encounter between Gor Mahia FC and KCB FC. The stadium was alive with energy, chants, and the unmistakable roar of the Green Army as the reigning champions looked to consolidate their position at the top of the league table.

From the first whistle, Gor Mahia displayed their attacking intent. The breakthrough came in the 24th minute, when Enock Morrison fired a precise finish past the KCB goalkeeper, sending the fans into jubilation. Just four minutes later, Shariff Musa doubled the advantage with a clever strike, leaving KCB chasing shadows. Samuel Kapen then capped a dominant first half by slotting home a third goal in the 43rd minute, giving K’Ogalo a commanding 3-0 lead at halftime.
