Gor Mahia FC Patron Eliud Owalo on Wednesday made a courtesy call to the Gor Mahia Mbita Branch, underscoring his commitment to strengthening the club through vibrant and well-organised grassroots structures.
Owalo joined branch members during their end-of-year annual get-together held in Mbita Town, where discussions focused on the milestones achieved in 2025, challenges faced by the branch, and lessons learned in advancing the club’s agenda at the grassroots level.

“As Patron of Gor Mahia FC, I look forward to seeing more empowered and vibrant branches, which will play a central role in growing our membership base and securing the future of this great club,” Owalo said.
The visit was welcomed by Mbita Branch officials, who praised Owalo’s continued engagement with supporters and his support for initiatives that promote sports as a tool for community development.
