In an exciting move to strengthen their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 season, Kenya’s most celebrated football club, Gor Mahia, has officially signed two promising players: midfielder George Amonno and winger Ebenezer Adukwaw.

The duo has signed two-year contracts with the club, a deal aimed at bolstering the team’s performance in both local and continental competitions.

The signing event was attended by club officials, who expressed their optimism about the new acquisitions. The management believes that Amonno and Adukwa will bring valuable skills and experience to the team, enhancing their tactical options on the field.

Ebenezer Adukwaw joins Gor Mahia after a successful spell at Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League, where he made a name for himself with his pace and ability to deliver key assists.

His experience in the Ghanaian top tier is expected to bring added creativity and width to Gor Mahia’s attacking play.

On the other hand, George Amonno has had a varied career trajectory, having previously played for clubs such as Inter Allies, Elmina Sharks, and Samartex.

His journey includes a notable stint that started in January 2019 when he transferred from Inter Allies to Elmina Sharks, followed by a move to Samartex in October 2020. After spending some time as a free agent, he now looks forward to making his mark with Gor Mahia.

Gor Mahia’s latest signings reflect the club’s commitment to building a competitive team for the upcoming season, as they aim to reclaim their position at the top of Kenyan football and make a significant impact in continental tournaments.

Fans of the club can anticipate exciting performances from the recruits as they adapt to their new environment and contribute to Gor Mahia’s ambitions in the 2025/26 season.
