Gor Mahia fans seeking to purchase tickets for their clash against Nzoia Sugar on Saturday have two ways to do so as the club sticks to the E-Ticketing platform implemented one month ago.
K’Ogalo supporters can either use a USSD code *519*55# or log onto tikiti.com to purchase their tickets early for the match which will see the club host Nzoia Sugar at the Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay.
“I want to urge you all supporters of Gor Mahia that we are playing in Homa Bay at the Raila Odinga Stadium this weekend. You can get your ticket *519*55# or tikiti.com. Regular Ksh200 and VIP Ksh300. Let us meet in Homa Bay,” Gor Mahia captain Philemon Otieno said while rallying supporters to snap up the tickets and turn out in large numbers.
Homa Bay has historical ties to K’Ogalo as it is where the club traces its roots and the newly-constructed stadium has been good to Gor Mahia who have played there twice and won on both occasions.
Gor ended their two-game winless run in Homa Bay two weeks ago when they beat Muhoroni Youth 2-0 in the presence of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga who awarded them Ksh1 million for their efforts.
A huge turnout was witnessed at the time and K’Ogalo will expect the same given they will be the home team on Saturday.
Johnathan McKinstry’s men have been enjoying great support again this season thanks to their good start to the season as they remain the only unbeaten side so far with last weekend’s 2-1 victory over Kariobangi Sharks seeing them assume top position on the FKF Premier League table.
With second from bottom Nzoia Sugar losing their last three matches, K’Ogalo will fancy their chances in Homa Bay where they expect a partisan crowd.
