It is with deep sense of loss, sorrow and shock that have learnt of the death of our fan, friend to many and ardent supporter of Gor Mahia – James Oduor. He was one of the people who unfortunately perished in the terror attack at Dusit D2, 14 Riverside Drive – Nairobi.
The passing on of Jemo has robbed the Green Army and football fraternity in general of a promising young man whose contribution to football development will be missed by all.
My condolences go out to his family and friends. This is a big loss not only to the family but all football lovers. On behalf of Gor Mahia Executive and fans I relay our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences. I pray that God grants his family and relatives the strength and courage to bear this tragic loss. What happened at Dusit Complex is unjustifiable, demonic and cowardly act of terror.
My thoughts and prayers are with the families of all other victims who paid the ultimate price like Jemo. To the injured, I pray and wish for your quick recovery.
God bless.
