Gor Mahia starting campaign to CAF Confederation Cup group stage with a 2-1 win over New Stars de Douala of Cameroon today at Kasarani.
Goals from midfielder Lawrence Juma on the 41st minute and striker Jacques Tuyisenge brilliant header on the 87th minute sealed it for Gor Mahia.
The Cameroonian side got an equalizer on the 72nd minute but the home team’s dominance pinned them back to the final whistle.
