Gor Mahia have made history again becoming the only team in Kenya to qualify to CAF Confederation Cup group stage after knocking out Cameroonian side New Star de Douala with a 2-1 goals aggregate. A hat-trick from Ugandan Erisa Ssekisambu and another goal from striker Dennis Oliech helped Gor Mahia beat Mount Kenya United 4-1 in a league match at Kasarani today. With the win, Gor Mahia have moved up the log to fourth place with 13 points from seven matches played so far and four points behind league leaders Mathare United.
