Gor Mahia have been knocked out of SportPesa Cup by Tanzanian side Mbao FC on post-match penalties. The match ended in a one all draw before the Mbao squeezed a 4-3 win to progress to semis of the tournament. A clear goal was disallowed but striker Dennis Oliech would later put Gor Mahia on the lead from a spot kick after Mbao player handled the ball in the 18 yard box. Mbao equalized in second to send the match to straight penalties.
