Gor Mahia moved to second position of KPL log after staging a stunning comeback against Kakamega Homeboys in a mid-week match played at Kenyatta Stadium – Machakos. Homeboyz took the lead five minutes of the second half through Luke Namanda and looked set to pull an upset but substitute Francis Mustafa equalized in the 67th minute. Three minutes after Mustafa equalizer, Boniface Omondi was on the scoreline with a good shot puting the defending champions on the lead.
