Sports Kenya on Tuesday slapped heavy fines on two of FKF Premier League sides Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards for their fans’ part in vandalizing Nyayo National Stadium during last weekend’s heated Mashemeji Derby. The penalty sums amount to Ksh 126,000 for Gor Mahia and a steep Ksh 505,450 for AFC Leopards alongside a temporary ban from using any Sports Kenya facility for the latter until the fines are fully paid.
