Gor Mahia hopes of proceeding to CAF Champions League group stage were halted after a 2-0 loss to Lobi Stars in away match played at Enugu-Nigeria. Gor Mahia needed just a draw of any kind to make it through but that did not happen as KÓgalo conceded two goals in the last 20 minutes of the game courtesy of Sikuru Alimi’ brace leveling the game to a three all aggregate and that meant Lobi Stars qualified on away goal rule.
