Tusker came into action in the game’s dying minutes, scoring the winner through Eugene Asike after a great conner by Sammy Meja.
Disappointed after the result, K’Ogalo head coach Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto, admitted it will not be easy to catch up with the league leaders with 9 matches remaining.
“I am not happy with how we have lost this game. We did not play well, but there are questions about how the match was also handled,” the Portuguese coach said at the post-match interview.
“We have lost and it is no longer in our hands. We will continue fighting, but Tusker have the advantage,” Pinto added.
