Former Gor Mahia CEO Omondi Aduda who was in Zambia for the heated
NAPSA Stars V Gor Mahia match has maintained that Gor Mahia FC did nothing wrong at the end of the match.

The Zambians have accused K’Ogalo of chaos after elimination from the CAF club competition.

Aduda has however denied allegations that Gor Mahia players destroyed property in the dressing room after their controversial exit.

A late penalty denied K’Ogalo passage to the group stage of Confederation Cup in favour of Zambian pensioners. The game ended 2-2 with Napsa winning 3-2 on aggregate.

Aduda says that if Gor Mahia was guilty of any wrongdoing the team wouldn’t have been cleared by Zambian Authorities to leave the country.

He is quoted by Goal Kenya.

“The Match Commissioner asked in the presence of officials, ‘who saw the away team vandalizing the dressing room as accused?’ None answered. Maybe they destroyed the property after we had left and now want to falsely accuse Gor Mahia.

Caf had a representative in that match. It is the Match Commissioner’s report that will be used.”

If property was destroyed, how was the team cleared to leave? Let them take responsibility; we do not know what they did after we left.”

He made clear that Gor Mahia left Zambia without any issue.
