Kenya Premier League giants Gor Mahia were on Sunday afternoon silenced 1-0 by visiting Napsa Stars in a CAF Confederation match first leg playoff at Nyayo Stadium – Nairobi.
Second half late goals from Daniel Adoko’s separated the two, giving the visitors a crucial win away from home.
With only five minutes left, Adoko took advantage of defender Geoffrey’s mishap to strike a long-range stunner beating diving K’ogalo custodian Boniface Oluoch.
The loss has placed K’Ogalo in a tough situation as they will need to win away with at least two (2 goals) margin, a task that will be an uphill to the defending champions.
