Former Gor Mahia skipper and Goalkeeper has joined Kenya under 20 (U20) technical bench.
Onyango will be in charge of the goalkeeping department of the Rising Stars and popularly known.
Onyango as a goalkeeper trained led the Kenya U17 finish as runners-up in the last year’s CECAFA tournament, finishing behind Uganda. Goalkeeper Alvin Odari was named the best in the region.
Most of the goalkeepers at Jerry’s watch are now in Kenya’s top tear league. These include Bixcente Otieno 9Wazito FC), Maxwell Mulili (AFC Leopard) Afc leopards, and Bryan Opiyo (Kariobangi Sharks).
Onyango has also handled the Kenya u16 national team known as the center of excellence.
