Gor Mahia to stay in Kisumu for five days

Gor Mahia will be in Kisumu for five days starting today (Wednesday).

The team left Nairobi at 6.15am and landed in Kisumu at 7am for today’s league match against Wazito in Kisumu as from 3pm.

After playing Wazito, the team will remain in Kisumu as they prepare for another league match (against Nzoia Sugar) on Sunday at the same venue.

The Team Manager Jolawi Obondo confirmed their plans to the club’s official website. “We’ll have two matches in Kisumu – that’s today against Wazito FC and Sunday against Nzoia Sugar and so after today’s match, we’ll stay in Kisumu as we prepare for our next fixture,” Jolawi said.

The match against Nzoia Sugar was earlier scheduled to be played in Mumias but the hosts have moved it to Kisumu.
