[dropcap]A[/dropcap]fter eliminating SS Assad of Mombasa in SportPesa Shield last Sunday, Gor Mahia resume league duties with a mid-week fixture away to SoNy Sugar in Kisumu today as from 4pm.
Looking at the two sides in terms of numbers, Gor is at the summit of the league with 31 points after 13 games with a goal difference of +16 while SoNy Sugar are deeply rooted at the tail end with 14 points after 16 games and a goal difference of -10.
In the last six league encounters between the two sides, Gor have not lost a match to SoNy Sugar having won four matches and drawn two – scoring seven goals and conceding thrice.
